Evolution

SHRM Skill and Innovation Foundation (‘SHRM Skills’) has been promoted by SHRM Biotechnology Pvt Ltd (‘SHRM BIO’) as a Section 8 company. SHRM BIO is already involved in skilling and training in BioTechnology, Healthcare and Life Sciences. Combined with people behind the company have a huge network of Institutions. The skilling and training credential of the group has vast expanse.

  • Credential of implementing several CSR projects of corporate, PSU across several states, CSR foundations across states, across sectors including RPL projects

  • Pioneer in running course on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine on Pan India basis  

  • Several life sciences programs, AI integrated skill projects for aspirational postgraduate youth 

  • We have taken up skill projects to empower the underprivileged in technical skills, projects in healthcare and hospitality in collaboration with Industry partner and Ramakrishna Mission. 

  • Unique project credentials - RPL for stainless steel welders, RPL for media professionals, Projects of empowering tea garden labourers, incubation support in apparel sector etc.

  • Experience, spanning over 20 years in India, with 100+ college tie-ups (like IIT, NIT,  and many more) and guiding more than 19000+ students in the sector of biotechnology and life sciences

  • We are also engaged in research activities, publishing research papers in international Journals 

  • Hands-on experience and internship opportunities in areas of molecular biology, microbiology etc. with high-end instruments like Biosafety Cabinet, HPLC, RT-PCR and many more.

Synergy

  1. SHRM Bio is actively involved in education support, research and training. Through SHRM Skills these efforts will be further reinforced by integrating skilling, reskilling and upskilling. 

  2. The group and the people behind has experience of executing several CSR projects and other funded projects. But for impacting larger section of the society through sustainable development SHRM Skills was conceptualised as a Section 8 company as vehicle for creating such impact.

  3. Groups endeavour in research, incubation and innovation will find a wider reach through SHRM skills which is set to take up incubation and research projects in some niche segment for which it has expertise and network

  4. The group and the people behind bring with them vast network, expertise and capabilities to enlarge the scope of current expanse of empowering the aspirationals through skilling in multi-dimensional areas across the country and beyond  

  5. SHRM Skills  focuses on empowerment of underprivileged at lower end of social segment and career oriented programs for aspirational youth in emerging areas of skilling backed by industry integration with both forward and backward integration.

  4. Recognised as a reliable skilling entity to execute skill projects - Initiating differentiated skilling projects for and supported by Industry, Govt, SSC, PSU that will provide WIN-WIN proposition

  5. Upskilling, reskilling, training for industry as well as facilitating self learning with a mission “Whenever you think of skilling; think of Us” including skilling beyond boundaries 

  6. Skilling The Budding with a mission to skilling at school level so that education and skilling are integrated with focus on key skill sets related to STEM and emerging technology.

  4. Upskilling for industry with a mission “Whenever you think of skilling; think of Us” including skilling beyond boundaries 

  5. Skilling, re-skilling, upskilling, learning centers, and training facilities for meeting skill gaps in emerging domains, to foster entrepreneurship and technological innovation to support industry requirement, particularly in underserved & high in demand segment.

  6. To collaborate with educational institutions, government bodies, non-governmental organizations, industry partners, semi Govt entities, corporates, donors etc for skill-building programs/ projects

  7. To set up and venture into innovation hub, research, incubation unit, learning contents etc., to create a learning eco system 

  8. To engage with industry bodies and market operators as a part of backward and forward integration with skill, learning, education and innovation initiatives

  9. Skilling at school level particularly STEM category where the demand is rising due to enforcement of NEP 2020.

  10. Skilling beyond boundary - The Academy will, going forward, will explore possibility of skilling beyond boundary
