RPL Projects
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a great model that corporates come out with as reward and recognition of those engaged or connected with corporates/ industries.
These are short duration upskilling / training in the job roles that they are engaged with with the objective of upskilling so that they can provide better service or making them prepared for next level work stream.
These matter most for industry workers / support services engaged with corporates/ industries which acts as a catalyst for enhanced loyalty / brand reach
RTD Projects
Acquisition and Training Cost for corporates and Industries are quite high and with attrition rates not always comfortable, Recruit-Train-Deploy (RTD) model is a good alternative.
For technical and service job roles these can be outsourced to skill development entities and here we have expertise.
We ensure mobilisation as per company standard, provide them skill training aligned to company job roles, and deploy them with the company/ or its service outlets.
Entire model is co-developed and also works as centre of excellence model.
